Harrison's Adult Lifetime Fine is a year-round maintenance formula meeting the nutritional needs for all healthy, non-breeding, non-molting birds including lories, cockatiels, lovebirds, quakers, doves, pigeons, and similar sized birds.

Harrisons High Potency Fine is recommended for the following:

Special needs: For birds that are molting, overweight, underweight, particularly active, recovering from an illness or affected by liver or kidney disease.
Weaning Birds: Can be fed for 6-9 months.
Breeding Birds: Start feeding 11-2 months prior to the breeding period and until chicks are weaned or for up to six months before resuming Adult Lifetime Formula.

Harrison's Bird Foods do not contain artificial preservatives and it is recommended to store in a refrigerator or freezer to help maintain freshness.

Harrison's organic ingredients sometimes result in slightly different appearances or textures of the final nugget. even though the production processes are the same, variations in growing temperatures, rainfall, and other natural phenomena produce outcomes that sometimes appear different but are the same food. A slightly drier formula may end up with some crumbles at the bottom of the bag. These are still nutrient dense and can be moistened with fruit juice for feeding or used as a flour to make into bird bread. Harrison's does not incorporate artificial processing, or use any bleached for dyed flours, meals, or byproducts to cover up the natural characteristics of the grains.
