1. Shipping Info:

Orders of $69 or more ship free.  Orders under $69 ship flat rate of $9.  We may ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our choice.

2.  Do you ship to other countries outside the U.S.?

We ship to U.S. 50 states and some outlying territories at this time only at this time.

3.  Can I pay for my order with a check?

We do not accept check payments at this time.

4.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless an item you order is out of stock, most orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is received, with the exception of the hand-made bird cage skirts which ship in 7-10 business days after we receive your order.

That does not mean you will receive your order within 2-3 days after you place the order. It means the order will usually ship in 2-3 days after it is placed by you, and then you will need to allow 3-5 business days transit time depending on the method of shipping and your zip code. 

If something you order is out of stock, but we expect to have it within a few days, your order may be held until we have everything in stock and then shipped. Although most order ships within 2-3 business days, we do not guarantee it. 'Business days' does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.  Most items will display the estimated available ship time from the time we receive your order.

5.  What if I need to return something?

Certain merchandise (bird toys and opened food are not returnable) may be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be unused and in the original container or carton as well as in the original new condition for a full credit or refund of the product cost.

Items returned after 15 days, or items returned without prior approval by us for return, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refusing delivery of your order is an unapproved return, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued back to your card to cover the cost of any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier, as well as restocking fees. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us for instructions on the return of products before returning them.

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately so we may contact the shipper who will investigate the damage. Failure to contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged merchandise may result in us being unable to replace the damaged item, or issue a credit for damaged items, as the shipping carrier may not accept any claim not made in a timely manner.
